Happy Hummus (:
Prep Time: 10 minutes
Ingredients:
- 1 can garbanzo beans/chickepeas
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon cumin
Preparation:
In a food processor, blend all ingredients together until smooth and creamy.
I have been dying to try this out. Im sure it will taste good and it goes well with pita bread. *melts*
But unfortunately I cant seem to find chickepeas in any of the stores. Any idea where I can get them?
